The Consolata Healthcare Foundation's sole purpose is to raise funds to benefit and enhance the services of Wilson Memorial Hospital District. Consolata is named for Sister Mary Theresa Consolata who originally managed Wilson Memorial Hospital along with the Sisters of Divine Providence.
Since 2006, the efforts of Consolata Healthcare Foundation have provided monetary support to the hospital that includes a grant for a new information system, a grant for a new cardiac monitoring system, laparoscopic surgery supplies, and a lighted sign for the hospital so that it can be easily identified from quite some distance down the highway. The Stryker Flyte Suit has become the newest addition to the long list of purchases made by Consolata Healthcare Foundation in support of Connally Memorial Medical Center Surgical Services Department.
On Saturday, July 30th, 2011 the Consolata Healthcare Foundation, serving the Connally Memorial Medical Center, held its Fifth Annual Casino Night at the Floresville Convention Center. This year’s theme was “DENIM AND DIAMONDS”. Casino Fun, Inc. provided the gaming. There was a live auction in addition to a silent auction. This year’s event was our largest ever gaming night and we invite you to be part of this event next year.

A Gift of Cash
A gift of cash is the simplest way to donate to the Foundation. Cash gifts are fully tax deductible up to 50% of your adjusted gross income. Cash gifts may also be pledged over many years. Your cash donations can be earmarked personally by you for equipment or an area you feel is important, for the Foundations current fundraising goal, or can be placed into the general donation fund.
Charitable Bequests
A donor may wish to make a donation to the Foundation by including us in his or her will. A bequest is a lasting legacy that will help to ensure a healthy future for our community. If you need more information on bequests, please call the Foundation.

Buy A Cross Campaign Phase I
The Foundation is currently operating phase one of the Chapel Memorial Brick Campaign. These beautiful memorial crosses, made from authentic native Texas mesquite, can be engraved with the name of a friend or loved one and will be displayed within the CMMC Chapel.

The Donor Recognition Wall is located in the lobby of the new Connally Memorial Medical Center building. Whether you are a current donor or are considering a first time gift, when you give to the Consolata Healthcare Foundation, you are sharing in the hospital's commitment of providing healthcare excellence to the residents of Wilson County. Any amount is appreciated and worthwhile.
Donors contributing in the following categories will receive individualized recognition on the CMMC Donor Wall:

Friends of Connally Memorial Medical Center will be recognized on a general plaque. Because of the large number of these donations, we will not be able to list specific names in connection with them.
